Very bad service overall, the restaurants at lunch and dinner had alright food but terrible service from the staff. Additionally, the food in the included breakfast was all dirty and there was a lack of hygiene throughout the buffet. The rooms are good when you compare it to the rest of the hotel, the whole experience made me want to hide in my room. The facilities are nothing special. I can't see any reason as to why this would ever be four stars. I feel very generous even giving 2 stars as having a bad hotel ruined are trip to Hungary. All for £91 pounds a night.

Breakfast and location are common like in 2star hotel. Quality of room is not really in good health, dust and bad smell. I got surprise when I opened my bathroom. BUGS were everywhere, toilet dirty and chair broken and really old facility. I called reception for swap and they told me: "housekeeping is not here already, we can check it tomorrow"

Excelent service! Fully recommend, the staff was very nice, the room that we had was big, pool and jacuzzi was so relaxing and nice breakfast perfect!

Super kind staff, that is always available. Nice and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Good wellnes area ?? And also good location and big parking area. Just by the hotel is also public transport station. So all in all super decision for tourists and business trips ?

We stayed in Budapest for 4 nights and booked 2 rooms, breakfest included at a good price. The room was clean and pretty big and breakfest was ok. However, when we booked we were informed that the spa area ( pool, jacuzzi, etc) will not be available for the first 2 days and it was not available for 3 days. We also tried to make a reservation for bowling in one evening and we were told that reservations are made at least 2 weeks early. We chose that hotel for its facilities and, unfortunately we could not enjoy them.

Nice room and bathroom. Restaurant left much to be desired and hotel bar is closed. Complimentary toiletries are the worst that I have ever experienced. The moisturizer is beyond description and not in a good way.

We went only to the restaurant, which was fine. We only drank a few coffees, but regarding it all was fine, nothing exceptional.

I was very excited for this experience as this was our wedding gift. Sadly got very disappointed. So we booked a 3 Nights stay. First of all the location is bad so you need public transport and they don't sell tickets at the receiption. We had to walk very far to buy tickets. The room is dirty (balcony dusty with extremely many brown coffee cup spots on the table, stained cover, spider nets on visible spots, dirty walls, dirty mini bar, dirty curtains). For the spa you have to walk very far and pass through corridors with many offices, I felt very uncomfortable. We tried using the swimming pool but every time we visited they were having children swimming lessons, so there was no space for the hotel guests. Also even though the 2 receptionists at the spa area were very kind and helpful they couldn't speak English (in a supposedly 4 star Hotel) and because of the fact that they couldn't speak English there was misunderstanding and they booked me a massage which I of course didn't attend and they insisted me to pay full price still. It crossed my mind that the woman misunderstood me but I didn't know there were some cancellation policies. Anyways after a lot of explaining of how I feel about this hotel they came to a solution for me to pay half price. Also our keys (magnet bracelets) both stopped working while we were staying there. Our departure day was also wrong written at the begin (a day earlier). In conclusion I realized that you can find something much better in the central of the city at the same or better price range.
