A hölgy a telefonban elmondta, hogy mikor indult el a futár, még ez után is vártunk 40percet, hogy 1km távolságból megérkezzen. We waited 2.5 hours for an order, which was eventually canceled. A kiszállítás eszméletlenül lassú. Több mint 2 órát kell várni egy nem is nagy adag ételre. Amikor próbáltuk megkérdezni, hogy körülbelül meg még mennyi időt kell várnunk a "kedves" hölgynek állt feljebb. Még ő emelt hangot, hogy "ő honnan tudja" " a futár megy ide oda". Egy darab elnézést vagy sajnálatot kifejező megszólalás sem volt benne pedig mi a legelejétől teljesen normálisan álltunk a hölgyhöz. Szerintem ez a fajta viselkedés nem megengedett főleg ha jogos a hívás, hogy még megkapjuk-e egyáltalán a rendelt ételt.
