Á	Ádám Dr. Kovács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Két és fél hete (09.28.) rendeltem webáruházon keresztül terméket. Több mint egy hét után én hívtam a céget, hogy mi a helyzet a rendeléssel. Visszahívást ígértek, de nem kaptam. Ezután rá egyhétre megint telefonáltam, megint ígértek visszahívást, de megint nem kaptam, illetve telefonon sem tudtam már elérni őket, így e-mailt írtam a mai napon(10.14), mely után felhívtak és tájékoztattak hogy a 3 tételből 2-t nem tudnak szállítani, ezek helyett ajánlottak mást. Végül elálltam a vásárlástól. Merész dolog vállalni azt a mai világban(ahol a 2-3 napos kiszálltás átlagnak mondható), hogy több mint egy, illetve két hét eltelte után sem tájékoztatják az ügyfelet a rendelése állapotáról illetve a felmerült problémákról. Two and a half weeks ago (09.28.) I ordered a product through a web store. After more than a week, I called the company to see what was going on with the order. They promised a call back, but I didn't get it. Then I called him again for a week, they promised to call me back again, but I didn't get them again or I couldn't reach them by phone, so I wrote an e-mail today (10.14), after which they called and informed me that 2 out of 3 items could not be delivered , recommended something else instead. I finally stopped shopping. It is a bold thing to accept in today’s world (where 2-3 days of delivery is average) that even after more than one or two weeks, the customer will not be informed about the status of your order or any problems encountered.
R	Róbert Kisér on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon tetszett!!!! Hatalmas választék, felszerelés, és a csalikat illetően is. Meg merem kockáztatni, hogy több fajta csalijuk van, mint a Soroksári Walter..ben. Nagyon kedves segítőkész kiszolgálás. Szépkártyát elfogadják. Kicsit szűkös a hely a sok cucc miatt, de ennyi csak a negatívum. Sajnos fotót nem készítettem. I really liked!!!! Huge selection of equipment, and lures as well. I dare to risk having more types of baits than in Walter.. Soroksár. Very kind helpful service. Nice card accepted. The space is a bit tight due to a lot of stuff, but that’s just the negative. Unfortunately I didn't take a photo.

Ugyanakkor óriási negatívum, hogy a bolt túlzsúfolt és ebből következően teljességgel átláthatatlan. Az eladók egy fél óra után sem kérderdezik meg miben segíthetnek, továbbá fogalmuk sincs az árukészletről. Összességében nagy csalódás. Basically a pretty well equipped fishing shop in a rural setting. However, it is a huge negative that the store is overcrowded and consequently completely opaque. After half an hour, the sellers do not ask what they can help, and they have no idea about the stock. Overall, a big disappointment.

Ennek ellenére volt szabad hely pedig voltak a boltban! Lehet, hogy a helyiek tudnak valamit parkolás szempontjából! Szóval kívülről hát nem egy csalogató! Belépve hát minden van! Szó szerint minden van legfeljebb nem találod meg! Komolyan mondom egy fél napig lehetne turkálni keresgélni! Nem tudom ha könnyebben átlátható volna több volna-e a forgalma! Minden esetre ennek a zsúfoltságnak is megvan a varázsa! Gondolom a helyi lakosok már megszokták! Na és a lényeg! Segít az eladó! Komolyan mondom segített normálisan! Szóval ez nagyot dob a hely megítélésében! Tehát nekem összességében pozitív benyomást kelt! Ja igen és az árak! Szerintem az sem rossz! Minden terméket nem hasonlítottam össze de amit néztem az korrekt áron volt! Aki arra jár annak egy próbát megér! Well I don't even know a very interesting place! Nem hinném, hogy olyan nagy munka, időben aktualizálni a nyitvatartási időt a neten, hogy a vásárlók ne fussanak lyukra! Így másik horgászboltban költöttem el a pénzem!
