I know that not all of the staffs speak English, but can you at least find a help to those who speaks the language, not just hang the telephone up abruptly?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever in my life! Terrible hospital and terrible service! Have been waiting for an appointment for 1 month (this is ok), but the stupid receptionist made an appointment for Hungarian speaking doctor(!) she knew I am a foreigner and my previous doctor there could speak English. After rearranging the appointment, had to wait more than 1,5 hour which is stupid and unacceptable! Doctor just neglected my complaint. All in all, dont go there, don't waste your time,save your nerves, go to a normal hospital! I would even rate it less than one if I could be able to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As others have mentioned, it's a horrible hospital and barely anyone speaks English. When calling the receptionist for information, there was NOT a SINGLE person available to answer any questions due to the language barrier. Unacceptable.
