I really liked the church, it practically hides among the small panels and belongs to an abandoned "monastery".

The Turks were in Nagykanizsa for 90 years, after in 1600 they had great difficulty occupying the castle surrounding the swamp. The Franciscan order persecuted by the Turks was resettled by György Berge, the commander of the castle, and a monastery and church were built for them. The church of St. Joseph was built for more than 100 years from the bricks of a castle demolished by Emperor Leopold.
