They did great harm by promising that a document would be completed in a given amount of time, but that was not the case. The problem was that they promised. If they don't promise there's no problem

Gondolom nem esett jó neki vasárnap bejönni dolgozni, így szórja ki az ügyfeleket...
Igazi kukacoskodó, fontoskodó, bürokratikus hozzáállás.

It's a real scary, fussy, bureaucratic attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az ügyintézők kedvesek, legalábbis akikkel eddig összekerültem. A covid idején a dolgozó ad sorszámot és kinn kell várni amíg a kijelzőn meglátod a sorszámodat. Az ügyintézés a megszokottak szerint általában lassú. Új lakcím bejelentéshez egy órát vártam.
The clerks are nice, at least with whom I've met so far. During covid, the worker gives you a serial number and you have to wait outside until you see your serial number on the display. Administration is usually slow as usual. I waited an hour to announce a new address.
