TRAGEDIA! Przed wjazdem na firmę trzeba jechać na plac oddalony o jakis kilometr w celu sprawdzenia naczepy. Załadunek zgodny z awizacja ale czas oczykiwania na dokumenty to jakiś żart. 17 godzin czekania na same dokumenty Parking tragedia. Potworny czas oczekiwania na załadunek, po zaladunku czekanie na papiery ,czekam 24h i nadal brak cmr warten auto taka odpowiedz przy okienku. Brak toalety parking osikany i osrany śmierdzi na kilometr. Postawienie zestawu na pograniczu z cudem. Przed wjazdem na teren sprawdzamie ciężarówki również swoje zajmuję. No dramat straszny.

Перед заездом на завод нужно оформить карту DiDb (цена 40евро ) без нее не пустят . Первое фото где её можно оформить , второе фото если нужна парковка , третье фото заезд и выезд , четвертое офис и контроль после загрузки

Eigentlich nicht wert darüber zu schreiben, der ungarische Support bei Samsung ist Grottenschlecht.....Höflichkeitsfloskeln aber keine definitive Hilfe....Umtausch ausgeschlossen.....dem Kunden Arbeit bereiten und Umstände die man nicht verstehen kann. In Ungarn muss noch 40 Jahre Minimum gelernt werden wie man Kunden begegnet...ein steiniger Weg. Sie antworten nicht auf deine Fragen....nur wage Ausflüchte und Blaa blaa blaa, am liebsten würde ich gar keinen Stern geben und glauben Sie mir das war das letzte SAMSUNG in Ungarn. In Ungarn die Devise: Kaufen...Bezahlen...und das Maul halten...nur keine Ansprüche anmelden, das zieht sich hier durch die gesamte Service Welt! Habe in Deutschland mit dem Support gesprochen ohne Probleme, sofort behilflich......fast 0 Probleme. Sie werden das Problem wenn möglich per Ferndiagnose lösen! Daran könnten sich die ungarischen Kollegen 5 dicke Scheiben abschneiden! They don't answer your questions....just dare excuses and blaa blaa blaa, I would prefer not to give a star at all and believe me that was the last SAMSUNG in Hungary. The motto in Hungary: Buy...Pay...and keep your mouth shut...just don't register any claims, that runs through the entire service world here! I spoke to the support in Germany without any problems, immediately helpful ...... almost 0 problems. They will solve the problem remotely if possible! The Hungarian colleagues could learn 5 big slices from that! Tulajdonképpen nem érdemes írni róla, a magyar támogatás a Samsungnál zűrzavaros.....udvarias kifejezések, de semmi határozott segítség...csere kizárva.....megmunkálást okozva a vevőnek, meg nem érthető körülményeket. Magyarországon még minimum 40 év van arra, hogy megtanulják az ügyfelekkel való találkozást...egy sziklás út. Nem válaszolnak a kérdéseidre....csak merj kifogásokat és blaa blaa blaa, legszívesebben egyáltalán nem adnék csillagot és hidd el, hogy ez volt az utolsó SAMSUNG Magyarországon. Magyarországon a mottó: Vásárolj...Fizetj...és tartsd a szád...csak ne regisztrálj semmiféle követelést, ami itt végigjárja az egész szolgáltatási világot! Probléma nélkül beszéltem a németországi ügyfélszolgálattal, azonnal segítőkész ...... majdnem 0 probléma. Lehetőség szerint távolról megoldják a problémát! Ebből 5 nagy szeletet tanulhattak a magyar kollégák!

Hat hete vásároltam vállalkozásom részére egy mobiltelefont, de azóta sem kaptam meg a hivatalos számlát, amin szerepel a vállalkozásom adószáma. Kb. tíz e-mail és számtalan telefonálás után is csak ígérgetnek. Hogy engedhetik ezt meg maguknak?
