H	Hajnalka Révész on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos nagyon rossz tapasztalat volt a debreceni márkabolt! Mikor bementünk az üzletbe még a köszönésünkre se kaptunk választ. A kiszolgáló srác az istenért nem volt hajlandó megkérdezni, hogy segíthet e valamiben, azonban mind a két (előttünk és utánunk érkező) vendéghez ugrott. Míg mi vásárolni és érdeklődni szerettünk volna, a kolleganőjével látványosan semmit nem csináltak, ezek szerint vannak vevők akikből nem nézik ki, hogy telik egy új készülékre…inkább megveszem a kinézett modellt másik városban, de többet nem megyek ide vissza… Unfortunately, the Debrecen brand store was a very bad experience! When we went into the store we didn’t even get a response to our greetings. The service guy for god’s sake refused to ask if he could help with this, however, he jumped at both guests (before and after us). While we wanted to buy and inquire, they and their colleague didn’t do anything spectacular, they say there are buyers who don’t look like they’re going to buy a new device… I’d rather buy the model I look for in another city, but I won’t go back here again…

Bármilyen kéréssel, kérdéssel, vagy valamilyen nem ismert jelenséggel jövök hozzájuk - legyen az vásárlási szándék, vagy egy beállítási probléma, akár termékismeret hiányossága, esetleg szervíz, vagy készülékbeállítás - hamar ráhangolódnak a felvetésre, és hatékonyan vezetnek az úton, megnyugtatóan elrendeződik minden. Hatalmas nagy elismerés minden kollégának az értékesítés és a szervíz vonalon, köszönet a tulajdonosnak és az üzemeltetőnek. Remek dolog, hogy lehetővé teszik ilyen lenyűgöző környezetben a személyes tapasztalatszerzést, illetve a termékek beható tanulmányozását, a készülékek felvértezését kiegészítőkkel, ismeretszerzést, esetleges problémák gördülékeny megoldását. Hála és tisztelet! There is little brand loyalty ... the knowledge, experience and customer focus of our colleagues here make the Samsung brand even more attractive. I come to them with any request, question, or any unknown phenomenon — whether it’s an intent to buy, or an setup problem, whether it’s lack of product knowledge, maybe service, or device setup — they quickly tune in to the task and lead effectively on the road, everything is reassuring. Huge appreciation to all colleagues in the sales and service line, thanks to the owner and operator. It's a great thing that they allow you to gain personal experience in such an amazing environment, to study the products in depth, to equip the devices with accessories, to gain knowledge, and to solve any problems smoothly.
