Elkerte a töltőm, letesztelte hogy jó-e. Utánna átvette a garancia papírt és a készüléket,majd közölte 5 munkanap és szólnak. Szóltak is vissza is mentem a telefonért amit ugyan olyan állapotban kaptam vissza mint amikor leadtam. KÖSZÖNÖM SZÉPEN A DRÁGA SAMSUNGNAK HOGY A 200 akárhány ezres telefont amit megvettem GARANCIÁVAL semmisnek tekintik a jótállással és HÜLYÉNEK NÉZIK AZ EMBERT. L	László Földesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemrég vittem be a még csak pár hónapos Note 10+omat. Elmondtam a problémám, hogy akkumulátor és töltőcsatlakozó baja van a telefonomnak. Ott is hagytam a készüléket a jótállással. 4-5 nap múlva mikor arra jártam gondoltam beugrok megkérdezni kész-e a telefonom. Érdekes módon a telefon "kész is volt" vissza is adták a papírommal együtt amin látszott hozzá sem nyúltak, a telefonomra azt mondta a hölgy hogy csak szoftver baja volt. Ahogy hazaértem próbáltam is a telefont, a töltőrésznek és az akkumulátornak ugyan az volt a baja mint mielőtt bevittem. Szóval kb csak le lett pucolva a telefonom a nagy semmiért. Egyáltalán nem ajánlom... I recently introduced my Note 10+, which is only a few months old. I told the problem that my phone has a problem with the battery and charger connector. Interestingly, the phone was "ready" and returned with my paper, which seemed not to touch, the lady told my phone that it was just a software problem. As soon as I got home I tried the phone, the charger and the battery had the same problem as before I brought it in. So my phone was just peeled off for the big nothing. I do not recommend at all ...

Rendkívűl arogáns, unszimpatikus dolgozók. Szégyen! Pathetically poor service !!! I had to visit the service shop about every two weeks for half a year before they managed to fix my phone bug. Extremely arrogant, unsympathetic workers. Shame!

My charging port died on my Galaxy S9. They said it's gonna take 5-6 days. I brought my phone to the shop on a friday. And got an SMS on Tuesday that it is available for pickup. I asked them to replace the battery while we are there, I was willing to pay for it. They didn't do it, they said it's perfectly fine condition. Weird. I got a replacement phone. Galaxy J5 it's not the worst option. It's was fine for that few days. The girl was polite. Repair was covered by guarantee.
