Мало рабочих часов (8 часов).
Нет постоянного графика работы-он может меняться несколько раз в неделю!!
Самые загруженные месяца это октябрь, ноябрь и половина декабря в этот промежуток здесь много рабочих часов соответственно и зарплаты хорошие.
