A hegesztésekről nem is beszélve! This is a waste product with terribly inaccurate products and very poor quality! The bottom of a 14000ft shower enclosure cannot be assembled! A gyártó vásárláskor 2 év garanciát vállal,egy év elteltével több probléma jelentkezett,hívtam a szervizt és közölték,hogy 2021 januárjában változott a jogszabály és 1 évre csökkent a garancia.Egyszóval a garancia időt épp ki bírja a termékük és utána kuka. Óvatosan vásárláskor,mert a két legnagyobb üzlet forgalmaza a terméküket az Obi és Bauhaus. I do not recommend it to anyone !!! Panaszunkat az áruház a Sanotechniknek továbbította, akik válaszukban kizárták a felelősséget az üvegtörésekkel kapcsolatban, kivéve azt az esetet, ha a saját szerelőjük töri el az üveget. Tehát hiába hibás az üveg (magától nem kéne berobbannia), amint elengedte a szerelő, már nem felelnek érte. One of the side windows of our Sanotechnik shower enclosure exploded into pieces without any impact after installation. Our complaint was forwarded by the store to Sanotechnik, who in their reply ruled out liability for the broken glass, unless their own mechanic breaks the glass. So even if the glass is faulty (it shouldn't explode on its own) as soon as the mechanic released it, they are no longer responsible for it.

Már az alkatrész lista sem szerepel, több minden hiányos, az meg egy vicc, hogy gyárilag nem fúrják ki a lyukakat ott, ahol össze kell csavarozni, hanem nekem kell. Az összeállítási rajzok nevetségesek: pl. egy nagy ábrából kinagyítanak egy részletet, de a nagyított képen teljesen más van. :D Ez több helyen is előfordul. Egy vicc az egész termék és a cég is, ha ilyet hajlandó forgalmazni. We bought a glass tub wall, but the description is flawed in many places. Találtunk egy profi összeszerelőt, már ez sem egyszerű, ő beépítette. Összeszerelés után derült ki, hogy a tolóajtón a bejutás a kabinba 35cm!!!!Én 180cm és 92kg vagyok, minimál pocakkal, de ez egy HASZNÁLHATATLAN TERMÉK egy ekkora méretű ű, nagyobbról már ne is álmodjon senki, embernek. A katalógusban SEHOL nincs jelezve a tolóajtó nyitási mérete,ez gyerekméret! Telefonon beszéltem a Sanotechnik ügyfélszolgálatával,aki elmondása szerint, portás, recepciós, szervizes és még ki tudja lehet őrkutya is, aki azt mondta, hogy a kb. méretet látja a Sanotechnik. at oldalon(??????), mondom neki a gondom, gyerek kabinet árulnak!!!! csak ezt nem tüntetik fel sehol!!!! Persze segíteni nem tud, mert mit is tudna!Kidobtam 150.000ft-ot!!!!SOHA TÖBBET EZT A MÁRKÁT SENKINEK!!!!! Más ne járjon így, csak azért írtam ezt a pár sort le!!!!
