A lányok minden speciális élethelyzethez tudnak alkalmazni és gyakran megtalálják a megoldást az egyes mozgásszervi problémákra. A szuper hangulat már csak hab a tortán :) I have already tried all types of classes at Sasadfit and have been able to train with professional coaches every hour! Girls can apply it to any special life situation and often find a solution to each musculoskeletal problem. The super atmosphere is just icing on the cake :)

Nem jut eszükbe újat tanulni, munkájukat csak egy szükséges rossznak élik meg. A Sasadfitnél más a mentalitás. Ők rendszeresen képezik magukat, ezáltal felhasználják a legújabb tudományos eredményeket. Ráadásul élvezik amit csinálnak! :) Én a gerincem miatt járok a terembe. Biztonságban érzem magam, mert figyelnek rám és tudom, hogy nem csináltatnak velem számomra káros gyakorlatokat! Úgy gondolom ez a legfontosabb! Unfortunately, the work of few people is a profession. The average person uses only the knowledge provided by an education system to do their daily work. They don’t think of learning anything new, they see their work as just a necessary evil. Sasadfit has a different mentality. They train themselves regularly, thus using the latest scientific findings. Plus, they enjoy what they do! :) I'm going to the room because of my spine. I feel safe because they are watching me and I know they are not doing me any harmful exercises! I think this is the most important thing!
