★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Üdv! Az elsô érdeklô emailben még nagyon kedves volt a hölgy, amikor is a “bemutató” iroda-lakásba is meghívott. Utána szintén emailben megbeszéltünk egy találkát-pontosítást a kiszemelt lakásokra nézve. A következô egy telefon hívás volt a találkozó elôtt 1 nappal, h “pontosítson” egy pár kérdést, fôleg azt, mikor tudjuk lerakni az összeg 50%?! Könyörgöm, mibôl gondolta, h azonnal meg is vesszük?! Amúgy voltunk arra, hááát,nna...Az árral kapcsolatos kérdésemre, h miért ennyivel olcsóbb, mint a kerület többi lakóparkja, választ nem kaptam! Ennyire rossz tapasztalatom még nem volt ingatlanossal! Ügyfélorientált?! ?
 Hi! In the first interesting email, the lady was still very kind, when she invited me to the “presentation” office apartment. Afterwards, we also discussed in an email an appointment clarification for the selected apartments. The next was a phone call 1 day before the meeting, h “clarify” a few questions, especially when can we put down the amount of 50% ?! Please, what made you think we would buy it right away ?! We were anyway, huh, nna ... I didn't get an answer to my question about the price, why it's so cheaper than other residential parks in the district! I have never had such a bad experience with a realtor! Customer-oriented ?! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lépcsőház iszonyt zajos, huzatos... a lakásban, viszont síri csönd. Jó a hangszigetelés! ...csak az az ocsmány rács ne lenne... ;-)
Staircase is very noisy, drafty ... in the apartment, but crying silence. Good sound insulation! ... it wouldn't be just that ugly grid ... ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gates don't work (either they stay open or your locked in/out), building is not getting cleaned, elevators randomly stops so there is a chance you'll get stuck, noise pollution from the highway and factory is a huge downside, there is lots and lots of dust due to the construction side next doors..
And top of all that, I'm a 1000% sure I will get at least three people in my inbox because of this review threatening to send lawyers or something ??✌??
I'll edit this review as soon as problems are taken care off. Good luck, investors ????
