Az üzletben való vásárlás során a terminál is levonta a vásárlás összegét, miközben azt mondták, hogy sikertelen a tranzakció (az eladó hölgy a terminál asztalhoz csapkodásával próbálta uralni a helyzetet)
Végül kifizettem készpénzben.
Hetek múlva az egyenlegem ellenőrzésekor vettem észre, hogy a bankkártyámról is levonták az összeget, azaz kétszer fizettem ki a termék árát.
A központ címre írt reklamációs levelemre egy gmail-es privát email címről jött a válasz a "generál manager" aláírásával, amiben a bankot hibáztatták.
Egy ekkora márka hogy engedheti meg, hogy egyrészt nem azonosítja a tranzakciós hibát hetekig és ha a vásárló nem szól, akkor "elfelejt" értesíteni, másrészt elvárható lenne egy központi, valamilyen színvonalat képviselő ügyintézés így 2022-ben ...
