★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kár, hogy nincs 0 csillag, vagy -1... Ennyit tudnék adni annak a budapesti Rákóczi úti fiók dolgozójának, aki képtelen volt egy egyszerű kérést teljesteni. Annyi lett volna a feladata, hogy a régi levelezési cimemet kitörli és átirja a jelenlegire. Meghaladta a képességeit... Ennek köszönhetően az új bankkártyám eltűnt az éterben, melyet a napokban kellett volna megkapnom. 1 órás kutatás, telefonálás után sikerült kideriteni, hogy a régi levelezési cimemre küldték el, ahonnan 2 éve elköltöztem és ezt jeleztem is a bank, vagyis a "kedves hölgy" felé!!! Értem én, hogy valaki utálja a munkáját meg belesz**ik az egészbe, de hány panasznak kell még érkezni ahhoz, hogy komolyan vegyék az embert?! Arról nem beszélve, hogy min. 2 hét (!!!) mire postázzák az új kártyát a tiltás után. Aki teheti, kerülje el messziről ezt a bankfiókot.
 It is a pity that there are no 0 stars or -1 ... I could give this much to the employee of the Rákóczi út branch in Budapest, who was unable to fulfill a simple request. All he would have had to do was delete my old mailing address and rewrite it to the current one. He exceeded his abilities ... As a result, my new credit card, which I should have received these days, disappeared. After 1 hour of research and phone calls, I managed to find out that I was sent to my old mailing address, from where I moved 2 years ago and I also signaled this to the bank, ie the "dear lady" !!! I understand that someone hates your job and you get into it, but how many more complaints do you have to get serious ?! Not to mention that min. 2 weeks (!!!) by the time the new card is mailed after the ban. Whoever can, avoid this branch from afar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In mid 1990s I was shamelessly robbed there by a plump, blonde teller. She robbed me of 300 DM ( 300 German marks), as she heard my foreign accent. She later denied the whole thing, though we both knew perfectly well what happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was "Volksbank" then it changed and became "Sberbank"! I thought now it might work!!! How ? Same staff / people with new clothes! Need to change the atmosphere / behavior. Customers are not your slaves! Ruling us with our money. Try to learn what "Customer service" mean!!!
