★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon korrekt személyzet, a céljuk hogy a sofőr is tudjon haladni! Példát lehetne róluk venni. Tegnap 19 órakor értem oda, papírok a portán vártak, ilyen kedves, készséges és barátságos személyzetet nem igazán láttam sehol. A pótkocsi átvétel és a papírok rendezése 15 percen belül megvolt!
A végén pár kedves szó (kellemes hétvégét, jó utat) és már jöttem is.

Very fair staff, their goal is for the driver to be able to drive too! An example of them could be taken. I got there at 7pm yesterday, papers were waiting at the reception, I didn’t really see such a kind, willing and friendly staff anywhere. The trailer pick-up and paperwork was done within 15 minutes!
In the end, a few kind words (nice weekend, good trip) and I’ve come.

Egyszerűen nem tudom elviselni a "nemsokára, rövidesen", stb válaszokat, 10-20 perces intervallumra föltett kérdések esetén.
Only a small one is missing for the five stars.
I just can’t stand the answers to “coming soon, soon,” etc. for questions asked at 10-20 minute intervals.
