★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon hosszú várakozási idő és rossz minőségű termékek. Az óraszíj amit feltettek a bolt bejáratánál szétesett. Nem voltak hajlandók visszavenni. Újra felszereltek egy másik szíjat, amely hazaérkezéskor szintén szétesett.
Very long waiting time and poor quality products. The watch strap that was put on at the store entrance fell apart. They refused to take it back. They re-fitted another strap, which also disintegrated on arrival home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az eladó a vásárolt óraszíjat fizetés után tette fel az órára, majd miután kiderült, hogy a méret nem megfelelő, nem tudtak ajánlani helyette ugyanolyan minőségűt. Az árát pedig ( 3990 Ft) csak levásárolni állt volna módomban, az eladó szerint hosszabb várakozási idővel. Mire hazaértem, az óraszíj egyik vége leesett. :(
The seller put the watch strap on the watch after payment and then after it turned out that the size was not right, they could not offer the same quality instead. And I could only buy the price (HUF 3,990), with a longer waiting time, according to the seller. By the time I got home, one end of the watch strap had fallen. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elemet cseréltettem kedvenc svájci órámban. Az eladó megcsinálta, kifizettem, de azonnal nem vettem észre semmit, csak annyit nézem, hogy jár az óra. Otthon be akartam állítani a dátumot és napot, mivel az órán van dátum és nap beállító gomb, gyorsan meg tudtam volna csinálni nem kellett volna tekergetnem több napot, de észrevettem, hogy csak az egyik gomb működik, mivel valamit tönkretett benne az eladó, így sajnos el kell vinnem egy jó óráshoz javítani, valószínűleg Budapestre, ahol tudom, hogy vannak nagyon jó szakemberek. Azt nem értem, hogy ha ennyire nem ért hozzá az eladó, akkor miért mondja azt, hogy "juj, ez bonyolult szerkezet, vigye szakemberhez". Soha többé nem megyek be Schneider üzletbe!
I exchanged batteries in my favorite Swiss watch. The seller did it, I paid for it, but I didn’t immediately notice anything, all I could watch was the watch. I wanted to set the date and day at home because the watch has a date and day setting button, I could have done it quickly I wouldn't have had to scroll for several days, but I noticed that only one button works because something was ruined by the seller, so unfortunately I have to take it to a good watch to fix it, probably to Budapest, where I know there are some very good professionals. I don't understand why if the seller doesn't touch you so much, why would he say, "Yeah, it's a complicated structure, take it to a professional." I will never go into the Schneider store again!
