K	Kitty M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the first night we were woken up by the fire alarm at 4.30am, no fire alarm protocol/guidance was in place, once we were down, we were told by the receptionist that the alarm went off due to the cleaning staff’s arrival. Only vegan option was cereal. when the coffee machine stopped working (which is included in the breakfast), we were advised to ask for one from the receptionist, who ignored us for 10mins. Rude staff, had a lot of attitude.

Last hotel on way to Turkey been in Germany but that hotel was scrap for 66€ and service was terrible. But this hotel i Definitely recommend to everyone ? I give you ten ?. See you next time. It turned out we couldnt sleep there because of country restrictions. We noticed that after 2 hours after booking. We messaged them right away. They responded through booking that they will return our funds no problem. Time passed, we didnt receive our funds. We contancted booking, they tried to contanct with Science Hotel several times by website/email etc. but science hotel is not responding. Because of that Booking wont return our funds even when they wrote they will return it. Science hotel using loophole in booking system, becuse if they would respond anything, booking could help then. Now they are ignoring my emails and calls and booking also. This is scammer behaviour, no business integrity and i advise you to avoid dealing with such hotel.

Parking is paid separately, if you find space and is quite expensive about 15 €. That's what you find out when you pay. I left disappointed, being fooled by the advertisement seen on the site.

N	Nicu CHEDEA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is nice, close to the city center and has a closed garage where you can recharge your electric car overnight. Breakfast was amazing, among the best I ever had. Personnel is kind and hospitable. Rooms are on the small side and there was dust in some places.
