A rendeléskor azt írták, hogy ingyen lesz. Aztán a kézbesítő kb. +50%-ot kért a szállításért.
Miután ezt írtam kaptam egy hívást tőlük és azt mondtak nekem, hogy mivel a polip nagyobb volt akkor kb. plusz 50-%-ot kell fizetnem. Aztán mondta, hogy „ne vegyjel polipot, vegyjel csirke farkat”. Gondolom, hogy azt hiszi, hogy ugananyi kilós.
The delivery costs are not clear!
At the time of ordering, I was told and received and email confirmation that the delivery was for free.
Everything changed at the time when the delivery-man came and asked for +%50 for the delivery.
Edit: Worst buying experience I have had!
I sent them an email regarding this topic, and I received a call from someone to mock me and tell me that not every octopus is the same size, that I should eat chicken (because I guess all chickens are the same size). And the he topped it off by telling me to eat "chicken genitalia" and hanging up and blocking my number.
Shipping cost scam!
When ordering, it was written that it would be free. Then the delivery agent is approx. He asked for + 50% for shipping.
After I wrote this I got a call from them and they told me that since the octopus was bigger then approx. I have to pay an extra 50%. Then he said, “don’t take an octopus, take a chicken tail”. I think he thinks he's the same pound.
