S	Sofie Sz. Zs. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem szoktam soha reklamálni semmi miatt, de ez kívágta nálam a biztosítékot. Vendéglátásban dolgozom ezert tudom milyen mikor egy rendelést többször átnézek, hogy hiánytalanul tudja teljesíteni a konyha a kérést. Tegnapi napon ismét hiba csúszott a rendszerbe, mert megint nem úgy kaptam a pizzámat ahogy kértem. Másodjára is az online rendelésnél volt hiba. 2 db pizzát rendeltünk (20:52 körül) amiből az egyik teljes kiörlésű lett volna, ha úgy kapom, meg az extra tejfölt sem kaptam meg. Hívtam a pizzériát, hogy nem úgy kaptam ahogy kértem. Semmi bocsánat kérés nem volt, csak annyi választ kaptam, hogy hát nem írta fel a kolléganő. Nagy nehezen megkérdezték kicseréljék-e, amire igent mondtam, mivel nem véletlenül rendeltem. Mikor meghozta a futár a csere pizzát még képesek voltak elkérni a felárat. Kikerekedett szemekkel álltam értetlenül hiszen nem én rontottam el. Inkább kifizettem csak hagyjuk! Kiakadtam elég rendesen és elég szomorú, hogy ez már másodjára és megesett velem. I never complain about anything, but that broke my security. I work in hospitality so I know what it is like when I review an order several times so that the kitchen can fully fulfill the request. Yesterday, an error slipped into the system again because again I didn’t get my pizza the way I asked for it. Second, there was an error ordering online. We ordered 2 pizzas (around 8:52 pm), one of which would have been wholemeal if I hadn't received the extra sour cream. I called the pizzeria so I didn’t get it the way I asked. There was no apology, I only got so many answers that the colleague did not write it down. It was very difficult to ask me to replace what I said yes to because I didn’t order it by accident. When the courier brought the replacement pizza they were still able to ask for a surcharge. I stood puzzled with widened eyes as I wasn't spoiled. I'd rather pay just leave it! I got up pretty enough and sad enough that this was the second time it had happened to me.

We chose delicious food, the traffic is quite high in summer so it is probably worth booking in advance. Price value is acceptable.
