Ahány ember-, annyiféle információ. A szerződés aláírás előtt alaposan átnézendő! A kisbetű is! Az általuk megadott szerződéses be- és kiszerelő partner már nem az... vagyis nem telepít és nem is bont. A diszpécser viszont erről mi sem tud. A hőfok érzékelő közelébe sincs a valóságnak. Amin nem tudnak javítani. A beépítés az nevetséges. Nekem nagy kárt okoztak azzal hogy kifúrtak a pótkocsim jól látható helyen a vezetékeknek, pedig már volt helye. They came out to repair what was stabbed and billed, it happened several times. K	Károly Ficza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon régi ügyfelek vagyunk. (voltunk) Sorozatosan problémák vannak a szolgáltatással. Az ügyfélhez való hozzá állás kritikán aluli. Néhány példa: 1. eladtunk egy buszt "kiszerelték" a jeladót közben sikerült még 1-2 vezetéket is elvágni amit nem javítottak ki és nem szóltak. (ha tudod mit vágtak el kb. 5 perc lett volna javítani, de mivel nem szólt a "szakember" ezért keresgélhettünk) Autóvillamossági szakit kellett hívni, amit persze mi fizettünk. 2. Többször beszóltunk hogy a menetlevél nem írja ki merre volt a busz. (a programjuk szerint Prágából egyik napról a másikra átkerült Bécsbe úgy a busz, hogy nem tett meg 1 km sem. Ez elég vicces.) Persze a gkv-nk vitte át de akkor minek fizetek egy szolgáltatásért ha az nem működik. 3. A javítási költséget egy olyan termékre ami az övék (adóegység ami a buszba van szerelve) mi fizessük. Ez elég vicces. Még jó hogy vannak más szolgáltatók is. Sajnálom hogy nem hamarabb váltottunk. We are very old customers. None of the operators speak english they just put you on hold and then you get another operator and he put you on hold and new one answer the call i ended up telling truck number for 30 min 20 times without getting answered what is the problem with OBU device. I m speachless that company who has international trucks using their OBU devices cant hire ENGLISH fluent speaking operator to work with FORGEIN client like my self (we cant all speak HUNGARIAN). HIRE someone who fluenty speak english AT LEAST!!! I gave 1 star if i could i wouldnt even give this 1. UPDATE: People from Secret Control called me and we setteled the problem i must say i m very suprised with called and glad that my problem got to the right hand, and i hope it will be like we talked on phone and service will be on higer lvl. Anyway i m very pleased with call and customer care in my case.
