★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the price is not the cheapest. the coffee is ok. the staff is clearly not trained on customer service. the person behind the counter is only aware how take your money but has no additional value. no friendly discussions while you wait for your coffee. usually they lean against the counter when no customers are queueing. the shop changed the owner less then a year ago and since then the quality fropped significantly. the women who makes the coffee is very nice. since there is no other option in the area to get a descent coffee and I work near by, I still tend to go there
