Tapasztalt órás mesterük pedig pár perc alatt el is végezte két órámon az elemcserét. I had a nice and quick service from all the staff who dealt with me. And their experienced watchmaker had a two-hour battery replacement.

A márkakereskedőtől vásárolt órának két hibája is volt (mutatók szinkronja, illetve sérült tok), melyből az elsőt tudták javítani garanciálisan, másodikat egyáltalán nem. Udvariasak voltak, de pontosan 7 telefonhívásomba és 11 napba telt a szerviz, melyből 10 napig bevallottan semmit sem csináltak. Számtalanszor ígértek visszahívást, de csak egy alkalommal sikerült, még arról sem értesítettek maguktól hogy elkészült az óra. My experiences are mixed. There were two defects in the watch purchased from the dealer (synchronization of indicators and a damaged case), the first of which could be repaired under warranty and the second could not be repaired at all. They were polite, but it took me exactly 7 phone calls and 11 days of service, of which 10 days admitted they did nothing. They promised to call me back many times, but only once did they even announce that the hour was up.

It is characterized by expertise, attentiveness and kindness. If someone likes Japanese watches, they can’t take their watch elsewhere for repair anyway.

Novemberben egy szervizelésre leadott órámat márciusra sikerült megcsinálni, két hónapot mondtak rá maximum mikor leadtam. Ezek után még kicsit drágábban is mint amennyit először mondtak, a csúszás miatt már alapból kedvezményt kellett volna adniuk szerintem. Most meg zárási idő előtt bejöttem Fótról de mehetek haza mert jóval zárási idő előtt bezártak. ? I can’t write much good about them right now. In November, I managed to do one of my hours handed over for service by March, I was told two months at most when I handed it over. After that, even a little more expensive than they first said, I think they should have given me a basic discount because of the slip. Now I came in from Fót before closing time but I can go home because they closed long before closing time. ?

H	Haz Haus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhelpful personnel reluctant to deal with my Seiko Solar watch fault even though it was well within the international guarantee. Basically got a patronising 15 minute lecture on how to charge it up pointing out the manual the relevant pages. Considering I can read the manual perfectly well and English is my native language, and I had tried all the steps, I was left no option but to walk away. The repair person clearly wasn't intent on fixing it under the warranty. I shall be complaining about this place to Seiko themselves. Don't bother going there, take your complaint directly to Seiko. No point in offering a warranty if no-one honours it. Update: I took my watch to the UK and it was repaired by Seiko for free and it took about 3 weeks. So the Seiko distributor in Hungary should be fired or sent to a Seiko re-education camp preferably with hard labour on watch repairs.
