I asked for a cheerful product, but the lady just "didn't want to poison".

I have never seen such inflexibility in my life ... the recipe is in vain with 2 boxes, they don't give out only 1, I go back to the doctor for another prescription because I miss a word about it and can't get it ... (handwritten recipe) And he doesn't risks the HUF 326 subsidy. He was especially nice in the middle of the epidemic ... However, I offered to pay full price, but that doesn’t work either, because it can’t cancel. We will be here in 2020, thank you dear Kati! You are the treasurer of the year!

The pharmacy is very nice and clean, they have a lot of products. However, the service is inadequate. They are instructive and kind of unspeakable ladies who most of the time don’t feel like working. Nothing changed the standard of service with the move.

Kati (older short-haired glasses - think - pharmacist lady) is the discretion and kindness itself! I had two e-prescriptions when he found them in the system and told me out loud and a little irritated that they had no such preparation. I said I know I need to mix it up, I’ve been here with a recipe like this before and his colleague (the only male worker in the pharmacy who’s pumpkin normal and normal) didn’t have a problem with it, in fact, he was ready that afternoon. But the lady read in a raised voice what I wanted to trigger ... Thanks again to her that the other people in the pharmacy and the people on Üllői út also heard why I went there. I seemed to make you happy :) Anyway, good pharmacy, the others working there are very ordinary. But because of Kati, I only give 3 stars ...

The place itself is nice, the supply is right for the prices .. well they are everywhere. But! There’s an aging lady with glasses (Kati?) Who’s behaving outrageously. The best example of an arrogant, manipulative, derogatory, customer-educating service !! Not only does he make his remarks verbally, but he does so with mimicry and gestures. Luckily, I rarely have to go in, but I haven’t been able to experience normal, humane behavior from him yet.
