★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos csak kognitív viselkedésterápiára volt lehetőség, pedig az itteni pszichológus véleménye szerint is sématerápia lett volna ajánlott. A terapeuta hetek után megunta a dolgot, jelezte, hogy más is vár terápiára, én meg nem haladok semerre. Tette ezt úgy, hogy a diagnosztizált betegségemre a szakma nem hónapokig, hanem akár évekig tartó kezelést tart szükségesnek és nem is a kognitív viselkedésterápiát, amit ő alkalmazott. Az itteni terápia alatt végig egyetemre jártam, illetve dolgoztam, ennek ellenére a terapeuta amikor beszélt édesanyámmal annak kezdeményezésére, akkor azt javasolta neki, hogy vigyen haza és ápoljon otthon, mint egy testi beteget. Annyit tudok pozitívumként elmondani, hogy közfinanszírozott volt, de így is 5 hónapomba került a dolog.
Unfortunately, only cognitive behavioral therapy was available, although in the opinion of the local psychologist, scheme therapy would have been recommended. The therapist got bored after weeks, indicating that someone else was waiting for therapy, I wouldn’t go anywhere. He did this in such a way that for the diagnosis of my illness, the profession did not consider it necessary for months, but even years, and not for the cognitive behavioral therapy he used. Throughout the therapy here, I went to college and worked, however, when the therapist spoke to my mother to initiate it, she suggested that she take her home and care for her as a physical patient. All I can say as a positive is that it was publicly funded, but it still took me 5 months.
