S	Simbie Yau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend found a wallet in the female toilets and wanted to hand it in to the counter at the cash register. Unfortunately, as it was explained, due to the Shells company policy they said that they cannot receive lost items. It was requested that it would reported to the police. They asked me and my other two friends to wait for the police to arrive. Honestly this took 30 minutes and for some reason Shell has decided to reject all responsibility of lost items on their premises. People should not be punished for doing a good deed of finding lost items. It’s very normal for people to hand in lost items to a member of staff on the premise or building you’ve found it in. We should encourage people to do the same thing and not punish them. I find it hard to believe that this is an isolated incident and struggle to understand why this should inconvenience good people.
A	Alisa Coman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are daily customers of Shell and here in Hungary we use it most often. I don’t recommend this specific gas station on the M7 because the employees, namely one of the ladies was very rude. I have asked her to heat the sandwich that I had have just bought and she refused rudely mentioning that the sandwich cannot be heated, even tough they have both toaster and microwave.
