A 2019. 10. 19-én 20:00 órakor tartott Zorán-koncert hangminősége élvezhetetlenné tette az egész előadást számunkra, akik a 106-os szektorban (G sor 10-11. székek) ültünk. Olyan visszhangos volt az előadás, hogy nem lehetett érteni a dalok szövegét és nem lehetett élvezni a zenét. Az a véleményem, hogy egy ilyen előadásra készülve kötelessége a rendezvényszervezőnek a szolgáltatás minőségét minden kritikus vagy jellemző ponton ellenőriznie. Felháborítónak tartom, hogy ilyen jegyárak mellett egy élvezhetetlen, sőt zavaró előadást kelljen hallgatnia a közönségnek, a szolgáltatás minősége messze aránytalan volt a megfizetett díjhoz képest. Ezt az észrevételemet már megírtam 2019. 10. 21-én az e-mail címükre, de mindeddig válaszra sem méltattak. Udvariatlan és rendkívül megbotránkoztató az eljárásuk.

The sound quality of the Zorán concert on October 19, 2019 at 20:00 made the whole performance uncomfortable for us sitting in sector 106 (row G 10-11). The performance was so echoing that the lyrics could not be understood and the music could not be enjoyed. In my opinion, when preparing for such a performance, it is the responsibility of the event organizer to check the quality of service at every critical or typical point. I find it outrageous that at such ticket prices the audience has to listen to an uncomfortable and even disturbing performance, the quality of the service was far out of proportion to the fee paid. I have already written this comment to their email address on October 21, 2019, but so far they have not appreciated a reply. Their procedure is rude and extremely scandalous.
