A kedvezményes ajánlat számomra megfelelő volt, ezért ajánlatuk beérkezése után 30 perc múlva felhívtam őket, hogy önerővel történne a finanszírozás és kérném a kiépítést. Ott már szabadkoztak, hogy a kedvezményt lehet már nem tudják biztosítani (még egyszer 30 percel korábban küldték ki ajánlatukat) és egyéb kifogásokat hoztak fel. Számomra az nagyon szomorú, hogy ilyen esetek is megtörténhetnek és a vásárlókat ennyire kellemetlen helyzetbe hozzák. A csalódottság csak részben jó szó ide, mert az emberben ilyenkor nagyfokú bizalomvesztés is jelentkezik. Szóval a kiépítésig nem jutottunk el, de a vásárlókhoz való hozzáállásuk egyenlő a nullával. Arogáns és cinikus megnyilvánulásuk "miszerint, írhatok panaszlevelet, ha nem tetszik" úgy gondolom csak tetézi mindezt. Összegezve lásd első sorom. Unreliable company I do not recommend to anyone! I asked them for a quote to build a solar system, which they sent. The discount offer was right for me, so 30 minutes after receiving their offer, I called them to do the financing on their own and ask for the deployment. There, they had already apologized that they might no longer be able to secure the discount (once again, they had sent out their offer 30 minutes earlier) and raised other objections. It is very sad for me that such cases can happen and put buyers in such an awkward position. Frustration is only partly a good word here, because in such people there is a great loss of confidence. So we didn’t get to the deployment, but their attitude towards customers is equal to zero. Their arrogant and cynical manifestation of "that I can write a complaint if you don't like it" I think only adds to it. In summary, see my first line.
