Mindehhez profi szerződést biztosítottak, így nekem a szerződés aláíráson és kulcs átadáson kívül semmi más dolgom nem volt.
A bérlők is tökéletesen megfelelnek az általam kialakított, "elvárt" profilhoz.

A vásárlás és az eladás sokfelé ágazó, számomra nehezen áttekinthető állomásait (ügyintézések bankban, ügyvédeknél, biztosítónál és más hivatalos helyeken) az Iroda vezetője rendkívül módon megkönnyítette: tanácsokkal, magyarázatokkal, illetve amikor szükségem volt rá, mert tőlem ez a terület teljesen távol áll, személyesen is végigvezetett a teendőkön. Bármikor fordulhattam hozzá, ha nem értettem valamit. Így az egész folyamat, amitől amúgy nagyon féltem, az Irodának köszönhetően igazán flottul zajlott le. Életem egyik legjobb döntése volt, hogy a lakáscserébe belevágtam, és hogy a Siker Irodával tettem ezt.
