★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tárgyalásra Simonfay ügyvéd úr helyett egy magyarul nem beszélő kollégája jött el, de erről "elfelejtett" értesíteni.
Az első fok elvesztése után, elérhetetlené vált, a másodfokú tárgyalás lehetőségét az ügyvéd úr hibájából nem tudtuk meglépni.
Az esetleges megegyezés lehetőségét ő akadályozta meg, hiszen az ellenfél jogi képviselőjének elérhetőségét többszöri kérésre sem volt hajlandó megadni nekem, a saját ügyfelének.
A magyar ügyvédi kamara megkeresésemre első körben indokoltnak találta egy vizsgálat megindítását, majd arra való tekintettel, hogy bár osztrák és magyar ügyvédi praxisa is van, de az ügy Ausztriában történt ( bár a magyar irodában szerződtünk, Budapesten) ezért itthon a vizsgálatot nem folytatták le. ( mégiscsak egy csapat, ha kell összezárnak )
Ja és ha nem ismernék, akkor jó ha tudják, hogy Simonfay volt Kulcsár Attilának a K&H Euquities volt brókerének a bécsi ügyvédje...
Soha, senkinek nem javasolnám
 A non-Hungarian speaking colleague came to the trial to replace Simonfay, a lawyer, but "forgot" to report.
After losing the first instance, it became inaccessible, and because of the mistake of the attorney, the possibility of a second instance hearing could not be ruled out.
He prevented the possibility of a settlement, as he repeatedly refused to give me, his own client, the contact details of the opponent's legal representative.
At my request, the Hungarian Bar Association found it justified to start an investigation, and since there is an Austrian and a Hungarian lawyer, but the case was in Austria (although we have a contract with a Hungarian law firm in Budapest), the investigation was not conducted at home. (just a team if they need to close together)
Yeah, and if you didn't know, it's good to know that Simonfay was Attila Kulcsár's former lawyer for K&H Euquities ...
I would never recommend it to anyone

A complete real estate store was crammed into samom in Tirol, all sockets were down. Correct, a competent, courteous staff.
