★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their whole customer service is 0. You cant make a connection with them when you order something from the webshop. Even in the shop when i was there i try to call them and i've heard the phone is ringing they dont pick it up. They writed 10 days maximum to arrive what i ordered and it was 17 days... Terrible. Only in email they are answering after 2 days. So i really dont recommend it. The quality is also not good. But you can buy here really cheap clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changing rooms: 5 minute wait, unnecessary administration (you get a metal plate with the number of items you take engraved on it). The floor is as dirty as it gets, hasn't seen a vacuum in years.
I went through all this hassle just to find out there's an enormous queue the the checkout, about 25 people for the two - barely working - cashiers.
