Ha valami csoda folytán felveszi valaki a telefont, rögtön kapcsol tovább, hogy ott talán tud válaszolni valaki egy egyszerű kérdésre, mert a hölgy nem. És ennyi volt, mert utána már soha senki nem veszi fel többet azt a fránya telefont... Nevetséges Customer service, almost unavailable. Ennek a meghallgatásával telik el másfél perc, majd a kedves gépi hang közli velem, hogy "Pillanatnyilag minden munkatársunk foglalt, kérjük ismételje meg a hívást később.", és bontja a vonalat. Akárhányszor próbálok telefonálni, mindig lepattint az automata, de ez csak a másfél perc rizsa után derül ki. Tényleg van ott valaki, aki komolyan azt gondolja hogy ezért telefonál az ügyfél? Az adatvédelmi rizsa felolvasása után, alig fél perccel később a robothang bontja a vonalat, soha senki sem veszi fel a telefont! Ez így mennyire ügyfélbarát? Mosolyogva, nevetgélve flegmatikus válaszokat adva szolgálják ki az ügyfelet, többnyire a válasz: "nem tudom" , "sajnos erre nem válaszolhatok" , "ilyen információt nem adhatok ki". Minősíthetetlen, bárcsak elkerülhetném, de sajnos a hulladékszállítással és az ezzel kapcsolatos ügyintézéssel rengeteg a probléma. Egy pontot sem érdemel. Ennyi idő alatt elsétálok és megkédezem személyesen, pedig 100km a távolság. The secretariat won't even pick up the phone!
