Everything went well first. Now they accidentally sent me a bad thing, which I immediately signaled on the phone. I was asked to email pictures of what the problem was. I sent it on Wednesday, they responded yesterday. I attached the picture. I think it is a very very normal and kind attitude. Thank you very much here too!

We have been operating the same 5 pieces for years. So I think we know the type and how it works. One of the outdoor cameras was not working properly from the very beginning. We waited, we updated, we tried to see if it would be good. Since this has not happened, we will report it for warranty repair. Surprisingly, we already had to pay for the postage to the service. Then, about 1 week later, the notification came that the camera had nothing wrong, let's pay back the postage as well. Hmm, okay, be it. The camera was returned. We re-installed it, it doesn't work again. I got a little angry, went and bought another camera like this at another store. We put it next to the "old" and what god gives it works right away. The two cameras are about 20cm apart .... one works and the other doesn't. Again, I wrote to the service that something was wrong. They're standard template text, it worked there, I look at the internet connection, and it's good. It didn’t bother them that all the other cameras were doing their thing perfectly from the same network. It didn't bother them that I sent a video that one works and the other doesn't. No Gentlemen this camera is not good, it hasn't been good since! I waited almost 1 month, bought next door, bought in another store, has been working perfectly ever since, bought from you, not since! We threw more than 20 thousand forints out of the window together with the post offices. I'm not happy, it was very incorrect! Sincerely! This is not slander, but a fact! If they knew so much about what it was, they might have also noticed that it wasn't a "pseudonym" but a company name. So much for that.

I placed the order at half past three in the afternoon, which is no longer early, and I couldn’t believe he was already at the courier in a good hour, and I got it around an hour the next afternoon! Incorrect, unreliable company with poor quality products. I bought a camera from them that came with small scratches, it didn't work properly so I sent it back right away. The product obviously had to be tested (in this case we got to the unpacking because the device is unmatched, it is really factory defective, or it may have been used due to scratches) so I sent it back immediately. They were willing to take it back as a depreciated product, which in my case meant -15,000.

Ordering in the web store is error-free. However, SERVICE administration is uncritical, unclassifiable, nonsensical, the way they deal with the customer! I sent the product back for testing because it will NOT turn on in the set time zone, it will discharge in less than 1 week. I submitted the complaint with the support of screenshots - videos. It was confirmed in writing that it worked flawlessly during testing, however, it was NOT tested in the time zone because they claimed it was irrelevant or the product was NOT tested for the indicated defect and was therefore returned. Reclaiming this, they refused to pursue the matter further and returned the products. It has been indicated that the next inspection will already be 5000 ft due to improper and intended use!
