A telefonomat tökéletesen működőképes állapotban kaptam vissza (note 4 alaplap csere), a tulaj lojális, kedves, kommunikatív és precíz. A jövőben is biztosan a Smartfix szolgáltatásait fogom igénybe venni! Jó árak, tökéletes munkavégzés! I can only provide a positive opinion :) Unfortunately, due to Samsung, the waiting time was a bit longer, but I am still maximally satisfied with the service I received! I got my phone back in perfect working condition (note 4 motherboard replacement), the owner is loyal, kind, communicative and precise. I will definitely use the services of Smartfix in the future as well! Good prices, perfect work!
R	Rita Mucsiné dr. Horváth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update 2018/09/10 : A fiatalember nem jól emlékszik vagy összekeveri az estemet máséval, amit nem is csodálok 3 hónap távlatából... Időben próbáltam jelezni többszöri telefonhívással, hogy mikor indulok és hány órára vagyok várható a kisbabámmal, sajnos sikertelenül, mivel telefonon nem volt elérhető. Amikor megérkeztem, a portás elmondása alapján, a fiatalember aznap még nem volt bent a munkahelyén (11:30), ekkor ott hagytam a telefont a portás hölgynél 2,5 órára, ha beér, nézzen majd rá. Mikor visszamentem még mindig nem került elő és a telefont nekem nem vette fel, ellenben a portás hölgynek azonnal felvette, közölte, hogy ő aznap már nem lesz bent, így a telefont elvittem máshová.... Én úgy gondolom, hogy elég sok időt és türelmet szántam a kapcsolatfelvételre, és a fiatalember csak akkor keresett meg pár nappal később, amikor megfogalmaztam itt a negatív véleményt az esettel kapcsolatban. Szerintem nagyon rosszul reagálta le a helyzetet, ha tudunk időben beszélni, biztos, hogy ott hagytam volna a telefont, hogy másnapra megcsinálja. További sok sikert a vállalkozáshoz! Update 09/10/2018: The young man doesn't remember well or confuses my evening with something else, which I don't even admire from a 3-month perspective ... I tried in time to signal with several phone calls when I was leaving and how many hours I was expected with my baby, unfortunately unsuccessfully as it was not available by phone. When I arrived, according to the porter, the young man was not yet at work that day (11:30), at which point I left the phone there with the porter for 2.5 hours, if he could, look at him. When I went back he still didn't show up and he didn't pick up the phone for me, but he picked it up for the lady immediately, telling me he wouldn't be inside that day, so I took the phone somewhere else .... I think I took quite a bit of time and patience to contact me and the young man only approached me a few days later when I was expressing a negative opinion about the case here. I think he reacted very badly to the situation, if we could talk in time, I sure would have left the phone there to do it the next day. Good luck to your business! I came from the other half of Budapest with a baby. Unfortunately, this company is not reliable.
H	H Sándor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Legalja zugszervíz...a kijelzőmet 2x nem tudták normálisan megragasztani az ígért jó minőség egy fakó gyenge fényű kijelző lett....mivel az érintés az elejétől is furcsa volt kértem,hogy nézzék meg. Válasz:arra nincs garancia ,mivaaan? az ott lévő hülyegyerek pedig össze vissza beszél...ide se viszem többet (a west-endbe egy másik gsm 4000-el olcsóbban megcsinálta és azóta jó) At the bottom of the corner service ... my screen 2x couldn't be glued normally the promised good quality became a faint low gloss display .... since the touch from the beginning was weird I asked them to look at it. Answer: There is no guarantee, mivaaan? and the stupid kids there are talking back together ... I'm not taking me here anymore (he made it cheaper in the west-end with another gsm 4000 and has been good ever since)
