★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Csak azért adtam egy csillagot,hogy hozzá tudjak szólni.Egy hónapja rendeltem egy matracot,megnézték a gépbe....azt mondták van a raktárba,2 hét múlva itt lesz.Már a 2 hetet sem értettem,de belementem...kértek előleget.Múlt héten felhívtam,már letelt 3 hét....erre az volt a válasz ,hogy ők mondták ,hogy 3-4 hét....de nézzem meg a megrendelő lapot azon is rajt van.Most eltelt egy hónap,hívogatom,de a telefont sem veszik fel....Úgy látom csak addig fontos nekik míg megrendeli az ember,és fizet bele.De most bemegyek ....lehet jobban jártak volna ha a telefont veszik fel.Az ember azért vész ágyat,hogy legyen min aludni....és még nyugdíj előtt.
I just gave it a star so I can comment. I ordered a mattress a month ago, they looked at the machine .... they said it's in the warehouse, it'll be here in 2 weeks. I didn't understand in 2 weeks, but I went in ... .I called last week, it's been 3 weeks .... the answer to that was that they said 3-4 weeks .... but I look at the order form it's on. It's been a month, I'm calling, but the phone isn't picked up either .... I see it's only important for them until you order it and pay for it. But now I'm going in .... it might have been better if the phone was picked up. min to sleep .... and even before retirement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 azza Nulla csillag. (kár, hogy nincs ilyen) Óriási, többszöri csúszás a vállalt határidőkben. kommunikáció a bolt részéről nulla. A kért matrac koszosan érkezett meg, és a kiszállítóknak még én lehettem hálás, hogy egyáltalán elhozták. Soha többet Soft Dream Bt. Csak hálás lehetek a sorsnak, hogy nem fizettem előre.
0 azza Zero star. (it's a shame there aren't any) Huge, multiple delays in deadlines. communication from the store is zero. The requested mattress arrived dirty, and I could even be grateful to the suppliers for bringing it at all. Never again Soft Dream Bt. I can only be grateful to fate for not paying in advance.
