A ház építésébe a megye kezdte bele, de Deák Gábor 1768-ban megvásárolta és befejezte az épületet. Később Deák Gábor idősebbik fia lett a nemesi kúria tulajdonosa. 1803. október 17-én, az épületet falai között született Deák Ferenc, azonban élete rögtön tragédiával kezdődött: édesanyja belehalt a szülésbe. Emiatt tárnoki rokonai illetve testvérei nevelték a későbbi igazságügy-minisztert. Az épületet 1999-ben felújították, a megújult kúriában kiállítások kaptak helyet. S	Sándor Nagy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy nagyon odaadó és a házat szívén viselő hölgy (gondolom Veronika) vezetett körbe bennünket. Sok érdekességet megtudtunk Deák életéről és környezetéről. Nagyon hálásak vagyunk neki ezért. Egyébként is minden hazaszeretőnek javasolt a kis múzeum megtekintése. A very devoted and bearded lady at the heart of the house (think Veronika) led us around. We learned a lot about the life and surroundings of Deák. We are very grateful to him for this. Anyway, it is recommended to see a small museum for every home lover.

Az ott dolgozó nagyon kedves hölgy ennek megfelelően elsősorban a gyerekek érdeklődésére számot tartható dolgokat emelte ki tárlatvezetése során, melyet így ők is nagyon élveztek, főleg, hogy szinte minden kívánságukat teljesítette, még ajándékot is kaptak. :) Jártunk már néhány múzeumban, de ilyen mértékű figyelmességben még sehol nem volt részünk, amelyet ezúton is nagyon köszönünk! We visited the memorial house with 5 and 10 year old children. Accordingly, the very kind lady working there highlighted things that could be of interest to the children during her guided tour, which they also really enjoyed, especially since they fulfilled almost all their wishes, they even received a gift. :) We've been to a few museums before, but we haven't had this kind of attention anywhere, which we thank you so much again!

( őt kell felhívni, ha be akarunk jutni) A földszinti két szobàban tárlók mutatják be a Deák család életét és a környéket, a kettő között az eredeti konyha látható. Az emeleten a korabeli lakószobák rekonstruált állapotát tekinthetjük meg. Érdemes a látogatást összekapcsolni a kehidai lakóházzal. Belépődíj nincs, adakozni lehet a kiállítások bővítéséhez. The beautifully renovated Deák Memorial House will be a real experience thanks to the devotional guidance of Veronika. (he has to call if we want to get in) The shelves in the two rooms on the ground floor show the life of the Deák family and the surroundings, between the two you can see the original kitchen. Upstairs we can see the reconstructed condition of the contemporary living rooms. It is worth connecting the visit with a residential house in Kehida. There is no entrance fee, donations can be made to expand the exhibitions.
