Aztán törölve lett a rendelésem emagon keresztül, de ahhoz is több nap kellett. They are unreachable by phone because there is an automated system that announces that they can be reached via email, and good luck to anyone because they don’t respond similarly there. Then my order was canceled via emag, but it also took several days.

Ki szerettem volna cserélni a terméket még aznap, mikor megkaptam, elutasították és elküldtek a Békéltető Bizottsághoz, holott a saját ÁSZF-ben bele van írva, hogy mindenféle indok nélkül 14 napig visszaküldhető a termék. Megteszem a hivatalos lépéseket. I do not recommend anyone to order from Soltrade Europe Kft. Who wanted to replace the product on the day I received it, was rejected and sent to the Conciliation Committee, even though my own GTC states that the product can be returned for 14 days without any reason. I'll take the official steps.

Másnap felhívtam az EMAG ügyfélszolgálatát ahol az ügyintéző hölgy készségesen tájékoztatott hogy törlésre került a rendelésem de ,hogy biztosan így legyen küldött a Soltrade Kft részére egy e- mailt a törlés megerősítésével kapcsolatban.Ennek ellenére mai nap reggel postázásra került a küldemény.Komolyan hihetetlen ,hogy 2021 ben nem lehet lemondani egy rendelést. SOLTRADE Europe Kft teljesen komolytalan cég ,semmiképpen sem ajánlom. On the evening of February 21st, I mistakenly ordered a Logitech Z213 speaker from them, which I canceled that evening. F	Ferenc Papp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vírus helyzetre hivatkozva telefonon, nem lehet kommunikálni senkivel. Természetesen email re nem válaszolnak, szóval a kommunikáció egy nagy nulla. Függőben lévő rendelésemnél leírják, egyeztetés szükséges.... Az más kérdés hogy semmilyen kommunikációs csatornán nem lehet a céggel egyeztetni, így aztán megy a rendelés a levesbe! Emailre SOHA nem válaszolnak, személyesen az üzletben pedig valamiért nem intézhetsz garanciális ügyeket. Ha postán küldöd el nekik a hibás terméket 3-4 HÉT csak az elb Egyszerűen nevetséges, nincs jobb szó... I will never buy anything they sell. They cannot be reached by phone, a robotic voice says to search for them in an email. They will NEVER respond to emails, and for some reason you will not be able to handle warranty issues in person at the store. If you send them the defective product by post 3-4 WEEKS only the elb It's just ridiculous, there's no better word ...
