★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem jöttek ki a megbeszélt időpontra, mikor szabadságot kell hozzá kivenni, mert hétköznap volt. A diszpécser utána letagadja, hogy foglalt időpontunk lett volna.
A kazán kiválóan működött, de mióta végül kijöttek az éves karbantartásra állandóan hibaüzeneteket jelez ki.
Telefontnem nagyon veszik fel hétvégén, végül az ügyvezető igen, ő roppant arrogánsan közölte, hogy nem érdekli a problémánk és hívjuk hétfőn a központot.
They didn't come out at the agreed time to take leave, because it was a weekday. The dispatcher then denies that we had a busy time.
