It is located in a quiet, peaceful environment. Attentive reception, service. Well furnished rooms, fresh air. An area attractive for excursions. We had fun.

We were there in the off season and were the only guests. We were only there to eat, on a very nice day, outside on the very nice terrace with a very nice garden. The service had to be personally informed at the reception that we were there. But then it worked with knowledge of English. After a reasonable wait, our food arrived. Instead of pasta we got croquettes. It was a bit poor for that. But it tasted good. They only apologized verbally. Overall we were a bit disappointed. The ambiance can't save it either. How is that supposed to be when it's buzzing there...

We visited here with my partner in August 2021, booked using a gift voucher. It was already strange that we received an email the day before the day of the booking asking us to pay the other costs, in a special way - when we booked, we were not informed about it. As the exchange of letters revealed, we should have found a list of extra fees on the website (this is not lifelike when booking with a coupon). Upon arrival (so not when we booked) we were informed at the reception that there would be a wedding the next day and we would be watching that night because there would be no possibility to have dinner in the main building - the meal was reorganized the next day to another building. We have been reminded several times that you must arrive early for dinner otherwise there may not be enough food left. The special dessert offer of "Chef Kálmán" would have been an optional ice cream from the fridge. The quality of the dinner and breakfast was mediocre, average with a poor selection. Our accommodation building included two apartments. The doors and windows separating the living areas are not soundproofed. So blowing your nose, coughing, talking, pulling down the toilet, and so on. overhears. And the whole building slams into the doorbell of the neighbor. Our apartment is basically pleasant but visibly worn - it has long been avoided by thorough cleaning. The room did not have a refrigerator or air conditioning. The surroundings of our accommodation building were neglected and messy. The next day we indicated that we would not be able to rest because of the loud wedding, because our suspicions were already quite disturbing - the volume of the event did not allow us to spend a quiet time. They tried to move us to another building, but because of the uninsulated windows and the loud neighbors, this would not have been a solution to our need to enjoy the intimate and quiet environment of the accommodation. We decided to leave. Of course, the full weekend surcharge and all costs were charged for two nights. It has nothing to do with hospitality, there are no words about how bad this service is. The facilities of the area are unique, unworthy of what is happening here.
