★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Táppénz ügyben több hivatalt felhívtam, mindenhol csak automatát tudtam hosszasan hallgatni. Egyedül a kaposvári hivatalban vették fel a telefont. Az ügyintéző hölgy kedves, türelmes és segítőkész volt. Köszönöm a profi, úgyfélközpontú hozzáállást.
In case of sick pay, I called several offices, everywhere I could only listen at length to vending machines. The phone was picked up only in the Kaposvár office. The clerk was kind, patient and helpful. Thank you for the professional, semi-focused attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A telefont fel sem veszik. 13-ig dolgoznak, de már 12:30-kor meg áll az élet náluk. Automata rendszer, ami nem segít abban, hogy egy ügyintézőt elérjünk. Csak szétkapcsol a végén.
UPDATE: hónapok után is csak csatázik az ember velük. Tehát most "várni" kell...és utólag azt vissza akarják fizettetni az emberrel (amit hivatalosan nem is vett igénybe, mert nem képesek aktiválni az ember TAJ kártyáját). Pofátlanság az egész.
They don't even pick up the phone. They work until 13, but as early as 12:30 life stops at them. An automated system that doesn’t help you reach an agent. It just disconnects at the end.
UPDATE: Even after months, one only fights with them. So now they have to "wait" ... and they want to pay it back to the person afterwards (which he didn't officially use because they can't activate the person's TAJ card). Cheekiness is all over.

Ich hatte alle Dokumente dabei, dann hat alles perfekt geklappt. Jetzt bekommt meine Frau dann per Post die Karte von der ungarischen Krankenversicherung. Danke für den guten und schnellen Service :-)
