★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A környezet, a ház kiváló. De... Érkezésünk után másfél órával meg mindig nem értették hogy hány ágyat húzzanak fel, bár napok óta erről e-maileztünk. A szappan sok tartóból hiányzik. WC papír nincs mindenhol. A 35 fős társaságunkra rászerveztek egy vadászoknak szóló vacsorát, aminek a körülményiről a személyzeti hölgyeket nem tájékoztatták. Azt nézegettem hogyan fogunk a számunkra kijelölt pici területen 18 férőhelyes asztaloknál 35-en elferni. Végül minden megoldódott. Sok apró kellemetlenség, amit kicsi odafigyeléssel el lehetne kerülni. Ha beletanulnak, hibátlan lesz hely.
The environment of the house is excellent. But ... An hour and a half after we arrived, they didn't always understand how many beds to put up, although we've been emailing about it for days. Soap is missing from many containers. Toilet paper is not everywhere. A dinner for hunters was arranged for our 35-person company, the circumstances of which were not communicated to the staff ladies. I watched as we were going to beat 35 people at 18-seat tables in the tiny area allotted to us. Eventually everything was resolved. There are many small inconveniences that could be avoided with a little care. If they learn, there will be room for error.
