Melíroztati szoktam a hajam es mindig gyönyörűen megcsinalja. Már a lányomat is többször vittem hozzá. Telefonon szoktam időpontot kérni és ezzel sem volt soha probléma. I've been coming here for four years, the barbershop 1-2 months. A hairdresser, Erika is very nice and works well. Melíroztati I do my hair beautifully and still do it. I've taken my daughter several times. I usually make an appointment by phone and it was not ever a problem.

When I called her she told me they wrote me yesterday an e-mail if we could change the date for yesterday (they only asked if, but not mentioned that my original date is cancelled!) , however I answered within 10 minutes (!) to that mail that only the original appointment works for me. When I told her that they should improve on this for at least the next guests she arrogantly answered that they will anyway have next guests... Online foglaltam időpontot, visszaigazolták, majd a kozmetikus nem jelent meg. Mikor felhívtam, azt válaszolta, hogy ők írtak e-mailt tegnap, hogy tudok-e tegnap menni (arról nem volt szó, hogy az eredeti időpontot törlik!), majd erre 10 percen belül válaszoltam, hogy sajnos csak az eredeti időpont a megfelelő. Mikor említettem, hogy ezen fejleszteniük kellene a következő vendégeik részére, csak arrogánsan annyit válaszolt, hogy ígyis lesznek vendégeik... When I inquired 15 minutes later, they looked confused and told me they didn't see my reservation. I showed them the confirmation email I received from their own website and they told me they ignore those appointments and don't use the website for bookings anymore. They did not have any space for me that day, therefore I was unable to get a facial before leaving the city. Terribly unprofessional, I would not recommend.
