We wanted to make glasses for my couple. As with most optics, the test is free here if you make the glasses with them. The examination went well, but it soon turned out that I could hardly find a frame in the optics on my partner's head because either their legs were short or they were narrow at the bridge of their nose. The sales lady laughed and said that none of the frames were good for her and she didn't understand, because at first glance she wouldn't have thought it was so hard to find a suitable frame. So sorry, but no frame. We asked what to do in this case, can they order? The answer was that you don’t know when a shipment will arrive sometime in the near future, but you can’t know what will be in it. Pay the cost of the test, which will be included in the price of the glasses if we do it within a month. They called me a week later: they got a shipment, unfortunately there isn’t a proper frame in it either and they won’t get new ones for a long time, so we can go in for the test result. Never use Soós Optics again, thanks.

On August 28, 2017, I was in the morning making glasses with my 16 month old child. There was no matching eyeglass frame. Because there is no proper eyeglass frame for the child, the seller said "Let's go elsewhere". They didn't offer to have a catalog to choose or make the right size eyeglass frame for the child. Surely this is because we have ophthalmologically examined the child's eyes and not theirs. I've been wearing eyeglasses for 34 years, but I haven't had such a bad experience at an Optician's shop. In retrospect, I am sorry that I did not request the complaint book.
