★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides general quality of the pictures they provide (poor), the service is awful, we came before their closure, and they were awkwardly rude in a way they sent us away, joking that "oh, it just turned to 18.30, so we are closed!" To saying that of course they cannot help us, because "oh, it's 18.32 and they should have gone home already! So come tomorrow."
Will rather use photo booths going forward than experiencing this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an online order, but when I received the photos they were split in two pack, each with different transport taxes, which i had to pay + the price for the photos was higher than the promotion they had on their website. All those thing happened although I previously talked to them and specified in the order to be careful at those things. After I got the pictures and wrote to them an email to ask how can I receive the money difference back, they offered to give me a coupon for the next order. I don't recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've decided to not take their services several times. No 1 reason is they were adjusting photos when I ordered online print. I haven't spent hours of adjusting them the way they are for being overwritten by someone in the shop.
The latest reason is I went to the shop, asked for an ID photo. The quality was below the acceptable level, the equipment was low end, a single flash, no proper lightning. And they charged for getting the digital photos along with the paper ones. At the end, I had to make new photos, with my own gear at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiting time for the photos was long even longer than they initially promised (instead of 1.5 weeks, finally took 2 weeks to develop the films), unacceptable. Although they offered me to call once the photos arrive (the lab is not there, so they also ship the films somewhere else) or alternatively, send my photos by courier I was disappointed in their service. I also could not pay by card, because the internet was not working, they suggested to come back later or get cash, which is okay, but I still consider it unprofessional. Never choosing them again :(

We went there for id photo and result was awful,lady didn't even know the basic of lighting and positioning
Being other side of camera,we couldn't realize how amateur is she
Maybe place has history or other staff are professional but our experience proved otherwise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ turned up at 17:20 on a Wednesday to get a couple of ID pics done. According to google and to their timetable on the door they are opened until 18:30. Went in and the girl at the counter told that they already switched off the mashines, come back tomorrow...at 17:20...over 1 hourbefore their official closing time...joke...dont offer something you are not doing...wonder why were there 3 ppl in the shop if you are not bothered to serve a customer
