Sajnos az Alliance biztosítónak ők a szerződött partnerei (nem is értem miért, minden más biztosító a Europe Assistance-al dolgozik, nem véletlenül)… Csőtörésem volt, a biztosítónak bejelentettem a kárt és -mivel fizetem a vészelhárítás szolgáltatást- kértem,h küldjenek ki egy vizest, aki megjavítja a csőtörést. Elméletileg 4 órán belül kell megérkeznie… Pár órával később hívtak,h csak másnap tud jönni a szerelő. A fél házban nincs víz, 2 gyerekkel ez elég vadregényes, de egy estét megoldunk valahogy. Másnap egész délelőtt vártam a szerelőt, majd délben felhívtam őket amikor is kiderült,h valószínűleg megcsúszott egy másik munkán a vizes, jönni fog, ha mégsem akkor visszahívnak. Este 6-kor -miután sem vizes, sem visszahívás- és 30 órája nem volt víz a fél házban, elfogyott a türelmem, ismét hívtam őket. Nagyjából annyit sikerült elérnem,h MEGPRÓBÁLNAK intézni másik vizest de nem biztos,h sikerül, és lehet,h az is majd csak következő napra jön, HA jön… Zeró profizmus, zeró ügyfélközpontúság, egy szedett-vedett, fantom cég. Whoever can do avoid them far !!! Unfortunately, they are the contracted partners of Alliance (I don't even understand why, all other insurers work with Europe Assistance, not by accident)… I had a pipe break, I reported the damage to the insurer and - as I pay for the emergency service - I asked them to send out water to repair the pipe break. Theoretically, you should arrive within 4 hours… They called a few hours later, so the mechanic can only come the next day. There is no water in half the house, with 2 children it is quite wildly romantic, but we will solve one evening somehow. The next morning I waited for the mechanic all morning, and then at noon I called them when it turned out that if the water had probably slipped on another job, he would come if they didn’t call me back then. At 6 in the evening — after neither wet nor recall- and 30 hours of no water in half the house, I ran out of patience, I called them again. I managed to achieve pretty much h they TRY to arrange another water but I'm not sure h they succeed and maybe h it will only come the next day IF it comes… Zero professionalism, zero customer focus, a picked-up, phantom company.

K	Kristina P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammers!!! We've ordered an evacuation in the middle of the night. Our engine stopped working. The price they have declared for the service was €120. They asked us to sign a document without a single English word in it, only Hungarian. On the way to the garage, the two men from the evacuator stopped at a gas station to drink a coffee for about 10 min!!! We were staying in the car and waiting for them in the middle of the "service"! After we got to their garage, they said it's €180 for the evacuation. Which is €60 more than previously agreed. Of course, we said we don't agree with that and then they showed us the contract we signed with them, where the sum of €180 was written in AFTER we signed it. Just to be clear, from the place they've picked us up to their garage was about 7km. Then a guy poured water on our engine and litterely just had a look at it. It took him about 5-10 mins. He didn't use any tools whatsoever. He said it will cost us €1800 to repair the engine and gave us a bill of €90 for the "checkup". Terrible experience. Edit: It costed us 500 euro to fix the car later in Germany.
