She is a highly experienced yoga teacher who shapes her classes to the needs and experience of the participants. Classes are in English and sign up is easy with an app. Sound Light also offers special workshops and meditation classes. As an expat in Budapest, I tried many studios before settling down and have found Eszter's classes to be nourishing for body, mind and soul.
