A visszaigazoló e-mailben 3-5 napot írtak a kiszállításra, erre 5 nappal később derült ki, hogy nem volt raktáron, sőt, kifutott termék, külső raktárról sem tudták berendelni (pedig telefonon azt a tájékoztatást adták, hogy mindez folyamatban van és pár napon belül beérkezik az üzletbe). E-mail-en sablon üzenetet küldtek, a rendelésemre pedig azt írták, hogy "hetek óta próbálják nekem beszerezni az órát", amit egyébként csak 5 nappal előtte rendeltem... A pénzemet hiába kértem, hogy fizessék vissza aznap vagy legkésőbb másnap, kérésemet nem teljesítették, konkrét időpontot, időintervallumot sem tudtak mondani, hogy mikorra várható a visszautalás. Annyi választ kaptam két e-mail után, hogy "továbbították a pénzügyre a kérést". Senkinek nem ajánlom, hogy szóba álljon velük!
