★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides of the prices this shop is awfull. I went to buy few groceries and when I paied and waited for my change, I got only 45 HUF and 3000 HUF was missing from my change.. Clearly the cashier took away the 3000.. When we went to the security he just showed us the camera record in fast forward and talked in Hungarian and said he doesn't understand english. We decided to leave the place without our missing cash later on.. shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier stole my money from right in front of me. I gave her 1200 or 1400 when the price was 650 because I don't speak Hungarian and didn't recognize what price she told me. When I told her she owes me 550, she pretended to not know English (an old trick I've experienced in swindler taxis). A customer in line behind me helped translate, but still she refused to return the money she stole. She even asked me "Then why did you give me more than the price?" as if that is of any relevance. I don't care about the money, it wasn't much. But when you catch a thief red handed, it is quite frustrating to let them get away with it. If SPAR is reading this, you just lost two long-term customers, and I'll tell this to all my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally nice people, but I was trying to photograph an item to see if it was what we needed for a recipe and was stopped by the store employees. I don't know if they are ashamed of their produce or if it is just store policy. Either way I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's convenient and cheap but the quality/freshness of their produce leaves much to be desired and their overall selection of items is limited. But otherwise, it's a decent place to pick up some quick basic items between bigger grocery shopping trips and it's surrounded by produce, meat, and cheese stands in the market it's located within if I need something fresh.
