Girish is kind, very knowledgeable and always has a cure for any problems. I did a 1-month cleansing treatment (panchakarma) at Sparsha and it was one of greatest experience I had. It helped me to remove the toxins from my body and organs, it transformed my body and thought me to live my life in a healthier way. Girish gave me a diet plan which helped me not only to lose weight but to feel healthier and more energized. The massage is very effective and relaxing also. It makes all my stress and wrinkles go away. His herbs and oil can also do miracles. You will be surely in good hands with Girish! I highly recommend to everyone.

The full body and head massage was very nice and refreshing, and also Shirodhara (oil streaming on the forehead) was something I have never gone through before… Just amazing! Can only recommend!
