The teammates are direct, the equipment of the room is excellent, the trainer is perfect in showing the moves and even tips. I recommend to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozitív irányba változtatta meg az életemet a Kempo és elindított egy olyan úton,amiért örökre hálás leszek Keresztesi Péter mesteremnek. Ebből kifolyólag állíthatom azt,hogy nem csak azt a célját éri el a rendszeres gyakorlás,hogy magas szintű állóképességet és technikai tudást szerez az ember,hanem szemléletmódot is közvetít,hogy hogyan tekintsünk önmagunkra és a világra,nem utolsó sorban életmódbeli tanácsok széles repertoárja is rendelkezésre áll,amelyek az edzések szerves részét képezik. Hiba lett volna anno nem elmenni az első edzésre. :)
Kempo changed my life in a positive way and set off on a path for which I will be eternally grateful to my Master Peter the Cross. For this reason, I can say that not only does regular exercise achieve the goal of gaining a high level of endurance and technical knowledge, but it also conveys an approach to how we view ourselves and the world, not least a wide repertoire of lifestyle advice which are an integral part of training. It would have been a mistake not to go to the first training session. :)
